The house sleeps six people and consists of three bedrooms and bathroom/shower upstairs; sitting room, dining room, kitchen and toilet downstairs. The house has been completely refurbished and has extensive wooden floors.
	Sitting Room The tastefully decorated sitting room has a very comfortable sitting room suite, table lamps for reading and a T.V. Relax in front of the traditional cast iron fireplace with a cosy and clean gas fire.
Kitchen The modern kitchen consists of an electric cooker, a microwave for your convenience, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
	Dining Room An Oil fired Hanco cooker warms the welcoming dining room which consists of an oak table and six high backed oak chairs. There is also a T.V. in this room.
Bedrooms There are double cast iron beds in two rooms and a mahogany double bed and wardrobe in third room.
	Linen is supplied and there are bedside lamps in all rooms.
